Our Stud FamilyWe currently have three working boys in our cattery. Each one of our boys are very loving well socialised cats of very good health and temperament and these characteristics have been passed on to their babies time and time again.
Each one of our boys have done exceptionally well on shows and have gone on to achieve exceptional results at shows and their babies have gone on to achieve the same results as well. Naturally, one of the biggest desires as a cattery of excellence is to continue to produce kittens of good quality, health and temperament. We also would like our kitten owners to go on and show their kittens too so we are always more than happy to help them as far as possible and hopefully get them hooked on showing their little angels. Some of the biggest achievements of our boys are listed below. Sup Ch Felinus Azorica Realejo of MyEden RQOur black Oriental male was imported from Portugal in 2013 and bred by Luis Pedro Ribeiro of the Azores.
Realejo has been nominated at every show in 2014 as a best in show qualifier in his class being awarded a certificate for each ring in each show bar one. This handsome black boy went on to qualify for Cape Top Cat 2014 and was recently Best Cat on Show for the final show in the 2014 calendar. Sup Ch MyEden's Mauritius of Del'Oreade RQ
Our Blue Point Siamese male was imported from Italy in 2006 and bred by Pierluiggi Belli of Italy.
Mauritius is an exceptional boy who has continued to produce the goods. He qualified for Cape Top Cat in 2007 and was recently awarded the South African Cat Council runner up Stud of the Year for 2014. This boy is starting to come on in age and the main reason why we decided to keep Alaska, one of his stunning children Tri Sup Ch MyEden's Alaska RQ NQAlaska is the son of Mauritius and a stunning lilac point Siamese male who has maintained an excellent point colour and coat contrast without any shading.
This boy has both qualified for the South African Cat Council Cat of the Year 2014 and Cape Top Cat 2014. He was also awarded the Siamese Breeders Group best male for 2013 and 2014 and has been nominated for Best in Show a couple of times in the year. Alaska is a very loving boy and we are hoping that he can take over his dad's legacy. |
