The Siamese
The Siamese cat is probably one of the most well known and best loved of the feline species throughout the world.
Siamese are extremely vocal cats and can be mischievous at times. They love nothing more than being with their human family and will constantly crave attention.
Our Siamese cats greet us at the door whenever we arrive home especially after shopping. Somehow they know that there's a treat lurking in one of the packets and keep close contact with us until their reward for good behavior has been dished out. They are truly an amazing breed of cat.
Anyone looking for a peaceful quiet home should not consider being owned by a Siamese.
They are very intelligent cats and their antics will amuse all who share a home with them. Their elegance and lithe bodies can grace any show bench and attract admirers from all around.
Despite their appearance, however, they are very athletic cats with strong muscles.
Their hind legs should be higher than their front legs and their paws are oval shaped. The Siamese head should be long and well proportioned with good width between the large ears. The eyes are slanting and a deep, vivid blue.
The overall look of the Siamese should be a well – balance appearance. Siamese cats come in a variety of point colours, with the most common being the Seal point, Blue point, Lilac point and the Chocolate point.
Please feel free to browse our website or give us a call if you would like to learn more about this amazing and most distinctive of all cat breeds.
